We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and establishing lasting relationships with stakeholders. The role involves conducting market research, creating effective strategies to reach prospective clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and presenting progress reports will also be part of the daily activities.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business operations and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with the e-learning or education technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
