Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Senior BDE with experience in product selling to drive revenue growth for our technology products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products and solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Present and demonstrate company products to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for product positioning
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 24 years of experience in product sales / IT product selling / SaaS sales/Staffing
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling software, cloud solutions, or digital products
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and online sales platforms
