Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Managers. The Sales Manager will play a key role in generating leads and driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for retail sales in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and client meetings for prospective customers to promote insurance products and services. Explain insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
• Strong persuasion skills.
