Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills inHindi and English.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
