Job Description – Business Development Executive

Industry: HR Consulting / Recruitment Services

Location: Noida

Compensation: Performance-based Incentive – 1% of Revenue Generated

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and HR consulting services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across industries
  • Pitch recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery
  • Generate leads through networking, references, LinkedIn, cold calling, and market mapping
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term partnerships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR services
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
  • Strong networking and negotiation abilities

Compensation

  • Performance-based payout of 1% of the revenue generated from acquired clients/business
  • Attractive earning potential with no upper cap based on performance

Preferred Industries Exposure

Candidates having exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Railways, EPC, IT, Healthcare, or Corporate Hiring will be preferred.
