Job Description

BDE Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach
  • Handle initial communication with clients (emails, calls, messages) and understand their requirements
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and basic presentations as per client needs
  • Coordinate with technical team to understand project scope and timelines
  • Follow up with leads and maintain proper tracking of all prospects
  • Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential client segments
  • Update CRM or internal reports with daily activity and progress
  • Assist in creating business strategies and outreach campaigns

Skills Require

  • Good communication (written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software, etc.)
  • Negotiation and convincing skills
  • Time management and follow-up discipline
  • Basic knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
