Skill and Designation : Business Development Executive

Exp : 3 to 12 years on roll exp of in sales and marketing , Site Work , Key Account Management , Contractor Management , Channel Management

Education : Any graduate

Please Note : Its Individual contributor role

Industry : Cement , Paint , Construction Chemical , Adhesives , Paint ,Tiles , Ceramics ,Stone ,Marble ,Plywood ,Furniture ,Laminate ,Bath -Fitting

1. Demand Generation and target achievement of allocated TTY's

2. To meet and engage large Contractors and Architects (Competition/Loyal/New) through Site visits

3. Generate Demand for new products and ensure usage through training of Users and Influencers.

Execution of Following:

1. PCC dealer ecosystem management through social activities, Tertiary tracking and new product usage.

2. Conducting Contractor Meets/Nakas and RKPs to engage with contractors and launch new products.

Reports and MIS:

1. Site Trackers update on regular basis.

2. Tracking VLC's and LCs and Architect working and Value generation through User engagement.
