Role Description

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time on-site role at our Kalyan office. The selected candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, business expansion, and strategic communication.

The role involves identifying potential clients, approaching businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting company services professionally, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. Candidates will also coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Kalyan (On-site)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary Package: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Industry: IT, Marketing & Digital Media

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, social media, and direct outreach
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining professional communication
  • Understanding client business models and proposing suitable digital solutions
  • Conducting presentations, meetings, and service discussions
  • Identifying new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships
  • Managing follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining client satisfaction and supporting long-term retention
  • Contributing innovative ideas for company growth and expansion

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in client interaction and professional conversations
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, branding, or business development
  • Ability to handle lead generation and client management activities
  • Smart problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
  • Understanding of digital marketing, IT services, social media, or branding is an advantage
  • Experience in business development, marketing, sales, or client servicing is preferred but not mandatory
  • Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, practical skills, and high learning ability are also encouraged to apply
