Business Development Executive Pharma Exports & Contract Manufacturing-Raipur

Company: 9M India Limited — WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturer, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We manufacture and export tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ointments/creams, and injections to markets across Africa and beyond, both under contract manufacturing and third-party arrangements.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (based at our corporate office, close to the manufacturing facility)

About the role:

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Raipur and work closely with our plant and leadership team. You'll handle inbound BD leads, learn to build pricing and quotations, and grow into owning client relationships end-to-end. Being based near the plant means faster turnaround on technical inputs from Production, QC, and RA — a real advantage for someone early in their BD career who wants to actually understand how the product gets made, not just sell it on paper.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound BD leads and enquiries, with guidance from leadership
• Assist in preparing costing and pricing quotations across our five dosage forms
• Learn dossier and documentation requirements (CTD/ACTD) for international product registration
• Coordinate directly with RA, QC, and Production — being on-site means same-day answers instead of waiting on email
• Support relationship management with international distributors and pharma buyers
• Represent 9M at trade shows and exhibitions as the role grows
• Maintain pipeline and CRM reporting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in pharma sales, BD, or export coordination (freshers with strong pharma-adjacent internships also considered)
• Basic understanding of pharma pricing or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable working from Raipur, with occasional travel
• Strong communicator, sharp, eager to grow into a bigger commercial role
• Prior exposure to regulatory/documentation work is a plus, not mandatory
