About IncrediPets

IncrediPets delivers trusted, at-home pet care across Indian cities - dog walking, training, grooming, and vet-assisted services - through a verified network of field partners.

The role

This is a Business Development / sales role on our Supply team, focused on Partner Onboarding. You bring new field partners - dog trainers, walkers, groomers, para-vets - onto the IncrediPets network. You make outbound calls, pitch the opportunity, run real screening conversations, and onboard partners who actually start and stay. AI handles the high-volume first-pass dialing; your job is the judgment and the close - the conversations a machine can't have.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to partner candidates from job portals (Apna, WorkIndia) and references

• Pitch the IncrediPets partner opportunity and convince the right people to join

• Run real screening conversations - qualify for genuine fit, not just a yes

• Ask the hard questions upfront: licence + two-wheeler, comfort handling dogs, family support, per-session pay fit

• Onboard and hand over partners cleanly; a clean no beats a soft yes

• Work alongside AI screening tools - review flags, handle the human cases, share what's working

Who should apply

• Business Development / Sales Executives (inside or field)

• Telecallers / tele-sales / inside-sales executives

• BPO / call-centre outbound agents

• Anyone with high-volume outbound calling and persuasion experience in e-commerce, fintech, or gig-economy

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Hindi and English (Hinglish)

• Strong phone presence - build rapport with a stranger in the first 30 seconds

• Comfortable with rejection and with disqualifying poor-fit candidates

• Basic comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and digital tools

• 12th pass minimum; graduate preferred. 1+ year in BD / sales / telesales / outbound preferred

• Android smartphone with mobile data
