Job Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate revenue for our PR services and corporate event management solutions. The role involves acquiring corporate clients, understanding their PR and event requirements, managing the sales process end-to-end, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads for PR services and corporate event management
  • Connect with corporate clients through calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Understand client PR objectives, event requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Pitch PR campaigns, media outreach strategies, corporate events, conferences, launches, and brand activations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with PR and event teams
  • Close deals and consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal PR, events, and operations teams post-deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and support repeat business

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • 02 years of experience in B2B sales, PR, or corporate event management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Good negotiation and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, priorities, and deadlines
  • Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
