Sales Responsibilities

Lead generation and prospecting

Cold calling and structured follow-ups

Understanding and managing the sales funnel

Customer requirement analysis

Negotiation and deal closure

Client relationship management

After-sales support and retention

Marketing & Content Responsibilities

Creating marketing content for social media and promotions

Writing captions, travel descriptions, and sales-focused content

Supporting digital marketing campaigns

Understanding brand positioning

Working with market-standard tools such as CRM systems, Canva, and analytics tools
