Zuplic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and securing projects through strategic online bidding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bidding process, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business growth.
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us acquire quality projects through online platforms.
Responsibilities
Search for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPH
Write high-quality proposals
Send 15-30 bids per day
Follow up on leads and messages
Understand client requirements and schedule calls
Maintain daily bidding report
Coordinate with the founder for project discussions
Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience in Upwork bidding
Strong communication skills
Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Full-Stack)
Self-motivated and target-driven
