Business Development Executive

We're looking for a BDE/ SDR who can understand technology, consult with prospects, and drive the complete sales journey.

Location: NIBM, Pune

Industry: IT & AI

Work Mode: On-Site only

Experience: Fresher to 1+ Years

Joining: Immediate to 10 days

What You'll Do:-

* Handle pre-sales & post-sales activities

* Understand client requirements and map them to OneStaff AI solutions

* Conduct product presentations, demos & solution discussions

* Research prospects, industries & business use cases

* Create proposals, documentation, and sales collateral using AI tools

* Manage follow-ups, client communication & relationship building

* Work closely with product/ technical teams to convert requirements into solutions

We're Looking For:-

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools

- Research & documentation skills

- Understanding of SaaS / IT solutions

- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales

- A problem-solving and consultative approach

- Experience with Domestic and international markets
