We have recently launched in Hyderabad as a new city, and this role will be central to making that happen.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Growth & Sales Lead.
This is not a predefined role — you will create the playbook while executing it.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing parking locations and permissions for daily operations
- Building partnerships with gyms, sports academies, RWAs, and fitness communities
- Driving corporate outreach to close wellness camps with HR teams and organizations
- Managing end-to-end daily operations of the mobile DEXA unit (scheduling, logistics, execution)
- Personally overseeing on-ground events and ensuring conversions
- Acting as the face of Body Insight in Hyderabad.
- Continuously identifying growth opportunities and expansion channels
In the initial phase, expect to do everything required to get the city running — from outreach to execution.
Qualifications:
- Based in Hyderabad with strong local understanding (mandatory)
- 0–4 years experience (sales/ops/events/fitness — anything works)
- Proven ability to take ownership and execute without hand-holding
- Comfortable with field work, ambiguity, and problem-solving on the go
- Strong communication skills for closing partnerships and managing stakeholders
- Bias for action — you move fast and figure things out
- Interest in fitness/health is a strong plus
Nice to have (not mandatory):
- Prior experience in startups, events, or on-ground operations
- Experience in business development or partnerships
