Responsibilities:
- Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Work closely with the internal team for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients.
- Participate in account brainstorming and media strategy development.
- Create links and develop effective working relationships with appropriate 3rd parties.
- Attend networking events/seminars to maximize awareness of the Navigate brand.
- Working alongside the Account Management Team to identify opportunities with current clients.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of campaigns.
- Helping to create a detailed approach that is updated regularly and shared with management.
- Keeping a track & being updated about latest trends in the Digital industry and being proactive in updating it to the internal team and executing the same for prospective clients.
Work Experience Requirement: 0.6 - 3 year in Business Development in a digital agency.
As The Business Development Executive You Will Play a Pivotal Role In Expanding Oktobuzz's Presence And Driving Growth In The American Market. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead Generation: Develop warm and cold leads to build a robust new business pipeline.
- Client Relationship Building: Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Strategy Development: Work closely with the internal team to create new pitches and strategies for potential clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular face-to-face contact and meetings.
- Account Transition: Properly hand over the account to the Account Management Team once the client is onboard.
- Collaboration: Participate in account brainstorming and media strategy development.
- Industry Knowledge: Build and maintain detailed knowledge of the sectors our clients/prospects work in.
- Networking: Create links and develop effective working relationships with appropriate third parties..
- Client Expansion: Work alongside the Account Management Team to identify opportunities with current clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth integration of campaigns.
- Market Research: Keep track of and stay updated about the latest trends in the Digital industry and proactively share this information with the internal team and execute it for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- 0.6 - 3 year of experience in Business Development within a digital agency.
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in generating and closing new business deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
