We're Hiring: Business Development Executive | Bengaluru
Awear Beauty is looking for a Business Development Executive to help us build strong partnerships with dermatologists across Bengaluru.
We're a science-backed skincare brand creating products specifically for Indian skin, and we're looking for someone who can help us take our products directly to skincare professionals and clinics.
What you'll be doing:
- Visit dermatologists and skin clinics across Bengaluru
- Introduce and pitch Awear Beauty products
- Build and nurture relationships with dermatologists
- Onboard clinics and encourage product recommendations and retail sales
- Follow up regularly and grow clinic partnerships
- Help expand Awear Beauty's offline presence in the city
Who we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Representative roles, or related fields
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Passion for achieving targets and driving growth
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + Attractive commission structure
