Business Development Executive (Off Role)

Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: West Delhi & Noida

Role Type: Off Role (CTC up to3 LPA)

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with over 2 years of experience in sales and service, especially with EDC machines, SmartSpeakers, and merchant onboarding. The BDE will drive business growth by identifying and onboarding OMC merchants, promoting PhonePe products, managing merchant relationships, and providing post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

ldentify and onboard new OMC (Petrol pump merchants)merchants in assigned regions.

Promote and sell PhonePes EDC machines and SmartSpeakers to new and existing merchants.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Provide timely service support and resolve merchant issues.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in EDC, SmartSpeaker sales, and merchant acquisition.

Good knowledge of the market and competition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Must own a bike for field visits.

Compensation:

• In-hand salary 23,000 + incentives + daily allowance.
