You will have to work on creativity & logic building with proper layout structuring to develop a fully functional business development plan in order to sell our IT services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, and meetings.
  • Interacting via various channels, such as emails, social media and direct calls
  • Create sales pitches in response to customer demand
  • Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
  • Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
  • Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
  • Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
  • Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
  • Following up for any pending payments with clients.
  • Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
  • Meeting monthly targets.
