Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Salem. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for Nexfab Lab's 3D printing and design services, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, and demonstrating how Nexfab's services address client needs. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal design and production teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Business Development Executive will also support pricing discussions, participate in local events or trade shows as needed, and provide regular reports on sales activities and targets.
Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
  • Solid account management and business relationship-building capabilities to retain and grow existing clients.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Interest in or familiarity with 3D printing, prototyping, product design, or related engineering/manufacturing services is highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in technology, engineering, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in an on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
