Business Development Executive

We specialize in cutting-edge advertising solutions such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram Channels, and visual media like Hoardings, Club Displays, and Car/Taxi Advertising. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will actively seek and build new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships. The role involves maintaining ongoing communication with clients, identifying growth areas, and overseeing account management activities. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales departments to support and execute business growth strategies.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, approach, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies. Familiarity with sales pipelines and strategic planning is preferred.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and maximizing upselling opportunities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in marketing or event management industries is a plus.
