Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Executive with a strong background in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating new business, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of digital marketing solutions such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Online Reputation Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, generate, and grow new digital marketing business opportunities across global markets.

Sell a variety of digital services including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, ORM, and more to overseas clients using both online and offline channels.

Prospect new business leads and generate revenue through effective sales strategies.

Create persuasive, well-structured proposals tailored to client needs.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

Conduct 6070 proactive outbound calls per day to generate new leads and set up meetings.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships; manage accounts and upsell services to maximize revenue.

Present service offerings professionally and negotiate contracts confidently.

Perform detailed market research and use lead-generation tools effectively to identify new business opportunities.

Work autonomously with strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Utilize MS Office applications for reporting, documentation, and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

24 years of experience in business development or digital marketing sales.

Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, SEM, Social Media & ORM.

Experience in lead generation tools, online research, and prospecting.

Experience in selling to E-commerce businesses and exposure to the UK market is highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to make 6070 calls per day and maintain a proactive prospecting schedule.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to work independently.
