Employment Type: Full-time

Experience - 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.

CTC:  ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 Per Month(Inclusive of applicable Incentive) 

About the Company

Bandish Production Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive–Government Tender Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, managing, and executing government tender opportunities related to creative services, branding, advertising, media production, digital marketing, event execution, photography, videography, and allied services.The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's government business portfolio by monitoring tender portals, preparing documentation, coordinating internally, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

The role involves client acquisition, sales strategy execution, proposal creation, and coordination with creative and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Search and identify relevant government tenders from portals such as:
  • GEM (Government e-Marketplace)
  • CPP Portal
  • State Government Portals
  • PSU Tender Platforms
  • Municipal Corporation Portals
  • Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission timelines.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required documents and quotations.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids before deadlines.
  • Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders.

Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government departments and public sector organizations.
  • Generate new business opportunities through government and institutional projects.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding tender clarifications and project discussions.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and bid results.
  • Identify opportunities for empanelment with government bodies.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Handle EMD, tender fees, vendor registrations, and compliance documents.
  • Maintain updated company certifications, registrations, and legal documents.
  • Ensure all submissions meet tender guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting documents whenever required.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with management, finance, operations, and creative teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on tender status, business opportunities, and project pipelines.
  • Track competitor activities and market opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of government tendering processes
  • Knowledge of GEM portal and government procurement systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good documentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • Prior experience in government tender handling is mandatory/preferred
  • Experience in media, advertising, production, branding, or creative industry will be an added advantage
