Job Description
BIM365 is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to support our growth in international markets, especially Australia, UK, and USA.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, connecting with architects, consultants, contractors, and construction companies, and helping BIM365 build long-term professional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Find and connect with potential clients in the AEC and construction industry.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and industry research.
Introduce BIM365 services such as BIM Modeling, MEPF Coordination, Clash Detection, Scan to BIM, 4D Simulation, and Digital Twin support.
Schedule calls and meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain follow-up records and update lead status regularly.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical BIM team.
Support proposal preparation and client communication.
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client coordination.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of BIM, construction, architecture, or engineering services will be preferred.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM, or international client handling is an advantage.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to work with global clients across different time zones.
