Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the Solt Wireless Call Bell System, developing dealer networks, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the features, benefits, and applications of the Solt Wireless Call Bell System
- Identify and approach potential dealers across healthcare, hospitality, corporate, and education sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (training will be provided)
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with dealers
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence in interacting with dealers and clients
- Good presentation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
