Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Engage with potential business clients through warm and cold outreach (calls, emails, and professional networking).
- Relationship Building: Understand the unique pain points of prospects and introduce our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and hand off high-potential opportunities to the account management team.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from industry prospects to help refine our product offerings and sales pitches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies with current campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an international or domestic call center, customer support, or tele-sales environment is highly preferred.
- Active Listening: Ability to read between the lines, understand client needs, and pivot conversations naturally.
- Resilience & Drive: A self-motivated individual who is target-oriented and views no as just a step closer to yes.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn modern sales tools, CRM software, and B2B communication strategies.
