Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inbound SaaS Sales) to convert high-intent inbound leads into revenue. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from discovery to closure—while positioning MyOperator's AI-driven communication solutions to solve real business problems.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in consultative selling, handling monthly revenue targets, and closing SaaS or B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage inbound leads (marketing-driven) and convert them into paying customers
- Conduct structured discovery calls to identify client pain points (customer communication, lead leakage, support inefficiencies)
- Deliver product demos (IVR, Call Tracking, WhatsApp Business API, AI bots) tailored to client use cases
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: qualification → demo → objection handling → closure
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking via CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho)
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with SMEs, founders, and decision-makers
Target Customer Segments
- SMB & Mid-Market businesses in E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Services
- Primarily India-based clients (with potential exposure to international leads)
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Inside Sales
- Proven experience in closing deals (not just lead generation)
- Experience handling monthly sales quotas or revenue targets
- Strong ability to run discovery-led, consultative conversations
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Comfortable with product demos, objection handling, and negotiations
- Strong English communication (verbal + written)
Not a Fit (Strict Filters)
- Pure retail / showroom sales experience
- Candidates with only lead generation (SDR) and no closing experience/ revenue targets
- Field sales–only profiles with no exposure to inside sales or SaaS selling
