Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Present and promote Mrig Sight Media's digital marketing and advertising solutions.
Conduct client meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing strategies for clients.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals.
Represent Mrig Sight Media at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry insights.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
