We are expanding aggressively South India and are looking for a high-performing B2B Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a revenue-focused, B2B growth role.
You will :-
- Prospect and acquire new business clients
- Conduct product demos (online & in-person where required)
- Build strategic partnerships
- Own and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Close SaaS deals across SME and enterprise segments
We are looking for a hunter :-
- Someone who thrives on closing sales solving problems .
- Identify and acquire high-potential SME clients through strategic field prospecting, cold visits, and direct engagement with business owners.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS / software sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience selling to founders, directors, or operational heads
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth startup environment
Key Requirements:
- Need to have minimum of 2-3 years experience as BDE/direct sales
- Must have experience and interest in working with direct sales.
- Has a driving license and knows to drive two-wheeler.
- Who is locally available in Kochi, or ready to relocate to kochi.
