Business Development Executive

McLine Studios is a leading architectural firm that designs and delivers innovative and sustainable architectural projects. We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through extensive email marketing and other sales techniques.
- Understand client requirements and respond with effective plans, including demonstrations and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
