Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard schools, coaching institutes, and educational partners across West Bengal
  • Generate leads and convert them into partnerships
  • Conduct meetings with Principals, Directors & Management to propose academic activities
  • Pitch and close deals for conducting School Seminars, Scholarship Tests, and Academic Workshops
  • Coordinate school events in collaboration with internal teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship building with stakeholders
  • Ensure brand visibility through planned school activities
  • Regular reporting on sales pipeline, conversions & visits

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 34 years of experience in Institutional / B2B / Education Sales
  • Strong network & relationship-building capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented
  • Must be comfortable with extensive travel across West Bengal
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Proven experience in closing deals with schools is preferred

Preferred Background

  • EdTech / Coaching / School Sales experience
  • Experience with K12 institutions
  • Local market knowledge of West Bengal

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
