Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard schools, coaching institutes, and educational partners across West Bengal
- Generate leads and convert them into partnerships
- Conduct meetings with Principals, Directors & Management to propose academic activities
- Pitch and close deals for conducting School Seminars, Scholarship Tests, and Academic Workshops
- Coordinate school events in collaboration with internal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship building with stakeholders
- Ensure brand visibility through planned school activities
- Regular reporting on sales pipeline, conversions & visits
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 34 years of experience in Institutional / B2B / Education Sales
- Strong network & relationship-building capability
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel across West Bengal
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Proven experience in closing deals with schools is preferred
Preferred Background
- EdTech / Coaching / School Sales experience
- Experience with K12 institutions
- Local market knowledge of West Bengal
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
