About The Opportunity
A technology-enabled talent marketplace and global staffing solutions provider operating in the gig economy and HR-tech sector. We connect businesses with skilled professionals and deliver localized sales and onboarding support across India. This on-site role focuses on building revenue and market share in Marathi- and Telugu-speaking regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads across assigned territoriesfocus on Marathi and Telugu-speaking markets.
- Execute field-sales and on-site client engagement activities including product demos, negotiations, and deal closures to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover to operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, procurement, business heads) to generate repeat and referral business.
- Utilize CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and produce timely sales reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions for local market needs and provide feedback to improve product-market fit.
