Business Development Executive/Manager (Onsite Mohali)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help us generate new business and grow our digital marketing client base.

What you will be responsible for:

• Find and generate qualified leads for digital marketing services

• Bid and apply for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr and other online platforms

• Handle client communication from initial contact to closing

• Convert leads into paying clients

• Conduct follow ups and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities in international markets

• Prepare proposals and negotiate with potential clients

• Work closely with our SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales for digital marketing services

• Proven experience with Upwork bidding and other freelance platforms

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing and Website Development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Experience in email marketing and outbound lead generation will be a big advantage

• Should be comfortable communicating with international clients, especially US, Canada, UK and Australia

• Most importantly, you should be able to generate leads AND close deals

We are not looking for someone who only sends proposals or generates leads. We need someone who can take a prospect from lead → conversation → proposal → negotiation → closing.
