We are looking for BDR/Sales Executives with around 2-6 years of sales experience in the US market with an IT Services/BPO firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling to establish connections with appropriate CIOs, CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, Managers of ISVs, and Industry verticals for understanding the customer IT landscape
  • Identify/Assess potential clients and fix meetings according to our key service areas
  • Cold call on an existing/new database of clients/prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments
  • Ability to set, generate meetings, and sense opportunities on phone
  • Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios
  • Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across service/product lines and customer segments
  • Highly motivated and able to achieve the targets/expectations set by the organization

Must Have Skills

  • 2-6 years of business development/sales experience with US market with an IT Services firm/BPO
  • Experience with IT services such as software development, offshore developers, offshore software development, BPO
  • Understanding of Cold Calling techniques and concepts
  • Must be Well versed on LinkedIn. Must have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.
  • Should have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow.
  • Identify/Assess potential clients and fix meetings according to our key service areas.
  • Highly motivated and able to achieve the targets/expectations set by the organization.
  • Must be proficient in English. Speaking and Writing.

  • Willingness to work in US Shifts - 8 am to 5 pm CST
