Title: Business Development Executive / Manager - Healthcare & Medical Devices

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with dealers and customers, promoting the Solt Wireless Call Bell System, and supporting the complete sales cycle. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and business development while working with a globally recognized product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the Solt Wireless Call Bell System, including its features, benefits, and industry applications.
  • Identify, approach, and generate business opportunities across healthcare, hospitality, corporate, and education sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings (training will be provided).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, and end customers.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and support the sales conversion process.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, demonstrations, and project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Travel across India for client meetings, dealer development, demonstrations, and business expansion activities.

  • Confidence in interacting with clients and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Arts, or equivalent).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
