Business Development Executive / Manager – Digital IT Sales

Location: Paras Trade Center, Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon – 122003 (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Target based Salary + Attractive incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Professional with experience in Digital Marketing IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client acquisition experience, and the ability to generate business opportunities for digital and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Digital & IT services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle lead generation, client meetings, and sales presentations
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports

Required Skills

  • Experience in handling high-ticket clients and closing premium business deals
  • Strong experience in Digital/IT Sales
  • Knowledge of Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, or IT Services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong lead generation and client handling experience
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus

Eligibility

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development or IT Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
