Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for Tempus Central (HR Workforce Management System) to drive client acquisition, product demos, and revenue growth while ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive client acquisition
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Manage onboarding and implementation support
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
  • Ensure post-sales support and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering / IT / Management)
  • 0-5 year experience in Sales / Business Development / Techno-Commercial roles
  • Basic understanding of HRMS / SaaS products preferred
  • Business acumen with the ability to strategize and achieve sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in industrial automation or B2B sales is a plus
