Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for Tempus Central (HR Workforce Management System) to drive client acquisition, product demos, and revenue growth while ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive client acquisition
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Manage onboarding and implementation support
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
- Ensure post-sales support and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering / IT / Management)
- 0-5 year experience in Sales / Business Development / Techno-Commercial roles
- Basic understanding of HRMS / SaaS products preferred
- Business acumen with the ability to strategize and achieve sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in industrial automation or B2B sales is a plus
