Designation: Business Development Executive – Creative Services

Location: 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003

Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Creative Services business. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process for creative solutions including GenAI, video production, social media content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Business Development and Creative teams to build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

What the role covers:

• Support end-to-end business development for Creative Services, including GenAI solutions, live production (films, social-first content, integrated shoots), influencer marketing, and allied creative offerings.
• Prospect research and lead generation: building target lists of brands, identifying marketing decision-makers, tracking campaign calendars
• Outreach support: first-cut emails, LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, meeting coordination
• Pitch support: research decks, brand intelligence, competitor scans, case study compilation
• CRM hygiene: maintaining pipeline trackers and meeting notes with accuracy.

Candidate profile:

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Servicing within a creative, advertising, media, or marketing services agency (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of content production, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or GenAI tools.
• Strong research and presentation skills.
