Inside Sales / Business Development - Europe : -

Shift Timings 12 Noon – 9 PM IST ( WFO – 5 Days )

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C & B2B business development, preferably in IT Services, Staffing, or Consulting domain working with Europe customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Create BANT qualified leads and nurture them for future business opportunities.
  • Experience working with US clients or in international markets is a must.
  • SAP and Digital Knowledge is a must.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Ability to schedule customer calls as per targets from Europe region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, technical teams) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales targets, and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong market knowledge and a keen understanding of industry trends.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
