Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth, generating and nurturing leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships. The executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and strategies, identify market trends, and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong Business acumen and the ability to understand market trends
- Excellent Communication skills for building and sustaining professional relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Prior experience in management consulting or working with MSMEs is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
