• Key Responsibilities:-
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails,
• networking, social media, and other lead generation activities.
• Contact prospective clients and explain the company's products and services in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and submit them to the Reporting Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business ethics, and confidentiality requirements.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and client interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management as required for business operations.

Required Qualifications:-

Minmum 2 years of experience in Business Development Executive customer service, or related roles.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications :-

Experience in sales within legal or business services is a plus.

Knowledge of company registration, compliance, or similar services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
