Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Mayur vihar, Delhi

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Lead Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at House of Travellers. The role primarily involves high-volume outbound calling, identifying potential clients, and qualifying leads across both corporate (B2B) and B2C segments. The candidate will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team with qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Lead Calling (Primary Focus)

Make 100150 outbound calls daily to warm and cold databases (corporates & B2C).

Generate 5080 qualified leads daily with defined travel requirements, budget, and interest.

Use structured call scripts to present House of Travellers offerings and set appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with previously contacted leads to nurture and convert interest into opportunities.

2. Corporate Lead Generation (B2B)

Identify and connect with HR, Admin, and Procurement decision-makers.

Contact 1015 new corporate prospects daily for travel tie-ups (MICE, group travel, events, conferences). Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales Manager with corporate clients.

Track upcoming corporate events, offsites, and travel requirements to pitch tailored solutions.

3. Organic Lead Growth (B2C)

Collaborate with the marketing team to convert social media engagement into leads.

Leverage referrals and maintain relationships with past clients for repeat business.

Assist in basic nurturing through WhatsApp campaigns, DMs, and regular follow-ups.

4. Lead Qualification & CRM Management

Qualify leads with detailed information: travel type (domestic/international), group size, budget, and travel timeline.

Maintain 100% accurate and updated CRM records for smooth handover to the sales team.

Track performance of lead sources (database, organic, corporate) to refine lead generation strategies.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain a daily calling sheet with calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and conversions expected.

Share EOD reports and participate in weekly performance reviews with the Lead Manager.

Requirements

1 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in travel/hospitality sector).

Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).

Ability to handle high-volume calling with resilience and consistency.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
