Role Description

This role is responsible for providing techno commercial and service support for L&T-installed crushers, apron feeders, material handling & surface miner equipments for cement & power plants, operating from Nagpur. This role includes carrying out health audits of above equipments & submit techno commercial offer & pursue for converting the same to purchase order. Will also need to supervise commissioning activities at new plant installations across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Drive Sales of Spares & Service Business for above equipment.
• Submission of Techno Commercial Offers.
• Evangelise Customer towards Original Equipment Manufacturer Spares.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Will to travel extensively.
• Oversee service operations and ensure customer satisfaction & Address customer . -complaints and resolve Issues promptly
• Impart technical training to customer personnel at regular interval.
• Ensure strict adherence to all site safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with factory and Zonal office to optimize sales efforts.
• Promote teamwork, maintaining harmony and strong collaboration within the project team

Educational & Experience Requirements

• B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-15 years of relevant experience in handling crusher and material conveying equipments. Prior experience in servicing, operation & maintenance, execution and commissiong activity is essential. Exposure to crusher, apron feeder, Surface Miner, related material handling equipments & Techno Commercial proficiency is mandatory for the role.
