We assist clients by scouting land, assessing feasibility, preparing documentation, and supporting complete property development cycles. With a growing presence, we are expanding operations in Bangalore and Karnataka for land-based project acquisitions and development initiatives.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and field-driven Business Development Executive - Land Scouting to identify land opportunities, interact with landowners and brokers, drive negotiations, and support land acquisition closures. The role demands on-ground scouting across Bangalore & Karnataka regions with regular reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify land parcels suitable for commercial/industrial/development projects.
- Build a network with landowners, brokers, developers, real estate groups & local authorities.
- Conduct site visits, collect land data, take photographs, verify ownership details.
- Assess feasibility: connectivity, zoning, pricing, legal status, infrastructure availability.
- Maintain property database and lead tracking reports.
- Coordinate with architects, legal & survey teams for verification and due diligence.
- Participate in price negotiations and closing discussions.
- Submit weekly land scouting reports and updates to management.
- Support documentation until final land acquisition closure.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in land scouting/real estate/field sales/BD.
- Languages: Kannada, Telugu & English.
- Education: Graduation (Any graduation).
- Familiarity with Bangalore & Karnataka geography and land markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation & field networking skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for land visits and scouting activities.
- Basic proficiency in MS OAice, Google Maps (GIS is a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 30,000 in-hand per month.
