Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to B2B prospects.

Introduce and explain our project-based services to potential clients.

Understand client needs and qualify them as potential sales leads.

Maintain a database of client information and call outcomes in our CRM system.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.

Meet and exceed daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in B2B telecalling .

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.

Knowledge of Bengali is a significant advantage.

A clear, confident, and professional phone demeanor.

Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
