Business Development Executive (Sales & Growth) – KratoX

Location: New Delhi (On-site / Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development / Sales / Marketing Executive who can help expand KratoX's reach, generate business opportunities, build partnerships, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads and identify potential customers

• Reach out to colleges, institutes, factories, SMEs, and businesses

• Call decision makers and schedule meetings

• Identify automation opportunities in factories and businesses

• Present KratoX solutions professionally

• Follow up and convert leads into business opportunities

• Build long-term customer relationships

Marketing & Branding

• Support LinkedIn outreach, campaigns, and digital visibility

• Help grow KratoX brand awareness

• Suggest creative marketing ideas

• Coordinate demos, events, and outreach campaigns when needed

Growth & Expansion

• Research new market opportunities

• Gather customer feedback and market insights

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication skills (English / Hindi preferred)

• Confident speaking on calls and in meetings

• Smart, energetic, persuasive personality

• Self-driven and target-oriented

• Comfortable with client visits / field meetings

• 0–2 years experience in sales / business development preferred
