Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Dindoli, Surat

Experience: Fresher - 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new IT business leads through LinkedIn, email, job portals, cold calling, etc.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and vendors.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Share company services and suitable developer profiles with clients.
• Follow up with clients/vendors regularly.
• Maintain lead and requirement data.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and basic English.
• Good confidence and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT/software technologies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and online lead-generation platforms.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT Business Development.
• Education: BBA / B.Com / BCA / MBA or equivalent.
