Job Responsibilities

● Handle outbound and inbound customer calls

● Generate and qualify leads

● Coordinate and arrange client site visits

● Explain project details and guide customers professionally

● Maintain customer database and follow-ups

● Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets

● Good communication skills in English & Hindi

● Confident and professional personality

● Basic computer knowledge required

● Candidate should be comfortable with calling and client handling
