Business Development Executive - Key Acc (Nagpur)

Your Tasks

• Drive volume and value targets for the assigned Modern Trade territory within budget and company policies.
• Manage key accounts, outlet promotions, strategic alliances, visibility, and shelf space.
• Execute approved schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
• Manage distributor performance, stock, claims, damages, orders, and monthly channel health.
• Manage merchandisers and promoters to ensure effective execution at outlets.
• Monitor outlet expenses, trade schemes, promotional investments, and claims.
• Ensure gold-standard merchandising, planogram compliance, visibility, and asset management.
• Track competitor promotions and provide timely market feedback.
• Maintain accurate outlet databases, MIS, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Monitor business performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Your Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; Business Management qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in Modern Trade.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
