Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipelines using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle consultative and solution-based selling
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Target-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B services, consulting, coaching, fashion & lifestyle, or professional services
- Exposure to lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Understanding of sales funnels, client qualification frameworks, and follow-ups
